They provide email and toll-free phone based support, and have a video tutorial. The customer support information is easy to find on their website. Additionally, toll-free numbers are provided for customers in the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.
This ease of contacting Increase Visibility for support matters because it sends the impression that customers are valued. Most online marketing services use their websites to generate leads, missing the mark on the value of their sites in servicing customers. But Increase Visibility’s help and support emphasis isn’t surprising, as they boast a client retention rate of 96%. This is the highest among 15 top firms surveyed by topseos.
